Design Philosophy:  We approach every project with the full understanding that our role in the design process is to make certain our client's get what they want and are happy with the final results.  We spend most of the initial meetings listening closely to key words and emotions in order to identify the style, mood or features that are important to our customers.  This step is essential to the design process and achieving the results you want to attain.  We guide you through the process to make certain you know what each element will and will not provide when installed.

As the plan develops, we identify the appropriate plants, materials and key items that many clients have not considered.  And, we always keep your budget in mind as we work together in finalizing the plan.  It is this attention to detail that most of our customers have indicated is extremely appreciated and valuable in our service.

Design Process:  Consistency in the design process is the most important step in creating a unique and desirable landscape. 

• We will first meet with you at your site to gather information, take digital photos and determine a rough budget.
• We will then provide digitally enhanced photo concepts to determine if we are fully understanding your ideas.
• If you still need to research additional ideas, we can meet with you in our design office.  You will finds examples of our work, samples of materials we use in our installations and an extensive library of landscape books.  We also have industry DVD's and magazines.
• After the style and features are determined, we will create a scaled CAD drawing and proposal.
• Then upon your review and approval, an installation start date and schedule will be created.
• The only thing remaining is for NAVCO to complete the installation and for you to enjoy your new landscape.
